1.Recruitment of human resource and Selection: Recruitment and selection is the primary and most important task of Human Resource management. it Involves recruiting the deserved and able candidates without any descrimination based upon their potential and willingness to work.

2.Orientation; It is a programe which helps employees to know the organization it includes giving the knowledge about the objectives and vision of the organization , work culture and all basic necessary information which enables employee to audjust to the organization and work .

3.Maintaining good working conditions : The Human Resource Management should ensure that a good working environment prevails in the organization and every employee should be treated with dignity and the hardwork of the employees should be recognized and appreciated.

4.Managing Employee Relations : Human Resource management should maintain a good relationship with employees which will motivate the employees to work towards orgainzation.

5.Training and Development : Training and Updating the employees to the latest development becomes highly necessary in the competative world .this process ensures efficiency and better performance of the employees .
