our organization has recently established a risk assessment team and an incident response team. They have recently defined their risk assessment and incident response processes. The first team meeting is this week and you want to ensure that you convey the importance of the teams to each team member.

incident team will always know about the past data. and the occurrence that has happened before
risk assessment team will be usefull in prevention of the any hazards to occur
remarks to the teams:
the teams must know when to note and when to react
the team must have pure coordination inorder to find the solution for the problem
the teams must share information which will be helpful to eachother.
frequent check of both team should be done often this may show the function of the team
analystics of the procedure should be recorded inorder for future easier solution
to avoid conflict the information :
the risk threat level should be analyzed
what is the correct procedure to solve the problem this should be known
the problem can be rectified by finding the source.
