They started producing their own products like the kindle and the amazon phone and components for computers which are certified. Now Amazon is working to use drones to deliver your products to your house. Customer service of amazon is incredible, you know each time that you call or use the chat that they will find a solution to your problem or compensate you accordingly, I strongly believe customer service is a fundamental part of Amazon´s success and innovation because many companies see customer service as a department that deals only with the complains of the customers and Amazon see´s this very differently.

1. NETFLIX

Netflix changed the way most people watches their movies and series, their success was so big that typical movie rental stores like blockbuster went out of business due to the success of Netflix. The algorithms Netflix use to make recommendations based on what you have watched make the company a leader on the industry. Instead of renting a movie for $3 and you have to return it you get to choose whatever you want from your house. Another great innovation is that now you can “download” a movie so you can watch it when you don’t have internet, this is great when you are traveling outside your country.
