While managing the change in the organisation Managers deal with the resistance to change. If change is minor than they can cope with it but if the change is major than they faces difficulties.The corporate culture should be motivating to the employees they should be involved in participation of the change, so they feel they are part of the change.
following are the ways of mitigating resistance to change at organisation level->
- communication–>the organisation must communicate about the change with the employees they should update the employees with all the required information and arrange meetings with them.
- Discuss the strategy-> The oManagement should tell the importance of this change to the employees and this change will make their jobs easier.
- Participation- Involve the team Leaders in the participation.
- Motivate the employees-The management should always try to motivate the employees to effectively implement the resistance to change as there is a fear of losing Job by the change in the organisation many times so the employees even the top management sometimes wont like to implement the change in the organisation.
- Training & Psychological counselling-The management can change the basic values of the individuals using the training & Psychological counselling. The individuals must be educated about the change, they should give new skills to their employees and value their existing employees the most.

- Motivating the team members- The Leaders should motivate the team members by communicating the importance of the change in their organisation , the Leader should understand the psychology of the group and motivate them.
- Implementing Change Advisors-These are individuals in the organisation which are selected for the effective implementation in the process of change in the organsiation.
- Obtaining Commitment-The leader should take commitment form their group members regardin the process of change, the commitment is a dynamic process which grows slowly along with the relaitionship.
- Listen-The Team Leaders should listen to the members what they feel about the change and if there is any problems with them then they should try to fix it.
