Organisational purpose: Purpose is always the reason for existence. It comprises of type of business, location, target customers and obviously the assets of organisation that includes employees as well. In the purpose of organisation itself it should be clear that how many employees would be required to fulfil the demand and to attain the operational excellence in the organisation. Resource management is very important at this stage as cost is involved in it. How to manage the employees, how to delegate works, what skill sets they required and how to retain and make best use of them through strategical ways.
Mission: It is a statement of strategy to focus on organisational achievements in near future. It can be driven only through better employee policies. They are the actual service providers for an organisation If employees are not taken care of , its difficult to manage the output at the desired quality. Employee enhancement, engagement, their training and development has critical role in mission achievement.
Top management team: They are the decision makers of an organisation and they must posses certain qualities like holistic approaches, business focus, ability to understand human emotions and how to balance that with business goals and achievements, futuristic approaches and visionaries.
