Both are important for the growth of any organisation. However, in my view, human resources are more important, regardless of that fact that organisations are becoming more technology-driven.
The reason behind this is that it’s humans who have created the technology and design it for specific tasks. Hence, in absence of qualified people, no amount of automation or management of technology will be able to serve the cause of the organisation. And, problems can happen at any point of time for which humans are needed to troubleshoot.
