A HR professional is responsible for maintaining and improving employee relations and working conditions in the organisation. They have to manage every employee related work from hiring to compensation. They have to know every process associated with employees. Performance management technology is the process of evaluating the way an employee performs in a certain period of time. However this technology has mixed responses from employees as it will not give accurate results. Sometimes even when an employee works good the review might come negative based on one mistake.So employees claim the reviews to be false and misguiding and this debate goes on between employees and HR team. So while giving analysis and helping in improving the performance, this performance management system has it’s own disadvantages and it is still one of the systems that are objected by the employees.
