WORK PLAN FOR REPORT
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The net income of the company has reduced over the past few years. People facing problems with flights and no longer want to book flights. The company has gone under huge debt.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the privatization of the airline would help to clear all the debt and provide better services in flights to rebuild the customers faith in the airline.
Are there any negative consequences associated with this strategy? The study will attempt to assess the impact of the same strategy adopted by other airlines in terms of net income, customer satisfaction, and overall productivity.
SOURCES AND METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION
The sources of data collection include Journals of news channels, review of recently published articles, customer reviews on the Air India website, google scholar, news channel reports and contracting with the Air India Reservation Office in Toronto. Research includes the review strategies adopted by other airlines such as China Southern to recover from the worst condition.

Determining the criteria for success and failure?
What is the best way to measure these criteria?
