Significant Concepts Learned

One of the essential concepts outlined within the course that can strategically enhance success in school, work and in general life is through highlighting one’s passion and following it in every opportunity in life, work and school. Desire is one factor that will eventually create confidence within an individual and later drive him or her towards creating value for themselves and others through leading the right way and not showing the way. In school, passion will lead to confidence in learning and bringing the best out of the initiated efforts. Also, in work and life in general, passion will drive an individual towards doing the right thing that will be beneficial to the institution and community as a whole (Kinicki & Williams, 2016). Another significant factor learnt from the course that is essential in enhancing one’s success in school, work and life is through embracing self-discovery and being realistic in all operations. In the journey of self-discovery, it is very significant to acknowledge that success is a crucial factor in achieving all the set goals and objectives. Self-discovery allows one to highlight the s hidden efforts that will, in turn, create success in every operation undertaken in life.

Effective Advice

Some of the advice that is effective for any student beginning the MGT 521 in becoming successful include being able to find his or her motivation since while undertaking the program. An individual will come across various new ideas that will eventually alter the way he or she views the world and business operations. Thus, a person talking this program ought to use the exciting opportunity to learn as much about the course, hobbies and other aspects of the business that typically excites him or her (Kinicki & Williams, 2016). Having the urge to interact and dissect modern ideas through academic work and group discussion is an effective way of understanding what motivates a student and discovered the foundations of the future business job.
