Admissions Appeal to the University of California Santa Cruz

I need help not only editing but adding convincing wording to my appeal letter in a manner that shows that I have improved as a student and am ready to attend UCSC. If there is any way to provide and or add that would very much be appreciated. UCSC is my dream school and I am trying to perfect this appeal letter. Try to encompass my passion for digital media and volleyball throughout the writing if possible while highlighting that if I were to attend their university they provide the best experience for me to pursue both of those aspects.
