In this memo, the management wishes to put a notice of the proceeding of the company and the direction expected to take shape after the selling of the organization to our competitor. The decision has been informed by the need to improve on service delivery and quality of healthcare to the society. In the drafting of the terms of selling and purchase of the company, the employees are well catered for in the organization. Hence, the transition of management should culminate into changing of terms and conditions of employment. In order to raise the morale of the employees and smooth transition to new management, the employees shall be issued with new work-cards and a 5% stipend increase.
All employees are expected to follow the necessary protocol and maintain their professionalism to the highest degree as usual.

Justification
There is every need to provide a smooth transition of the management as it directly affects the employees’ productivity and performance. Similarly, keeping employees informed in an official capacity is critical to avoid instances of rumors and speculations (Manning & Curtis, 2014). In turn, employees ought to be assured of their plight under the new management and provide continuity of the professional level in the healthcare service provision. The terms of service and employment under the management assures the employees of continued support eliminating any chance of rumor mongering for mistreatment under the new management (Schaefer, 2004). Therefore, employees are guaranteed of great treatment and support in improving services and quality of their performance. Employees motivation is to be provided through the 5% stipend raise as an assurance of the efficiency of the new management.
